Care & Repair offers free and confidential information and advice for older people and people with a disability who are homeowners or private tenants, to enable them to improve, repair or adapt their homes and stay comfortably in their community.

Caledonia Care & Repair is managed by Caledonia Housing Association and funded by Perth & Kinross Council.

The project runs a number of schemes, such as:-

· Assistance with Disabled, Repairs and Improvement Grants

· Small Repairs Scheme

Caledonia Housing Assocoation is Registered with the Scottish Housing Regulator,
Reg. No. HEP 224 and having Charitable Status SCO13988.
Registered as an Industrial and Provident Society, Reg. No. 2343 R(S)
