Small Repair Scheme

Care & Repair runs a Small Repairs Service, which is available to older or disabled people who are homeowners or tenants whose repairs are not the responsibility of the landlord. The service is designed to provide practical assistance to help our client group to continue to live safely and independently in their own homes and is available to those on a limited income.

The service is provided to clients free of charge, and all contractors used to carry out the repairs are registered on the Housing Association's List of Approved Contractors as competent to carry out the works.

The service is available to clients on a qualifying income, and is limited to one repair per household per year.
